The plain terms.

Direct gifts happen with the recipient.

Charity and GoFundMe donation links take you to external websites. Those services process your gift under their own terms and provide any applicable receipt. Pledge does not collect these donations or count them in its onchain records.

GoFundMe campaign pages are checked for their published information. Pledge has not independently vetted their organizers or spending and is not affiliated with GoFundMe. These campaigns cannot currently be selected as Pledge coin beneficiaries.

A coin is not a donation receipt.

Buying or holding a token is not a direct donation to its beneficiary and does not establish tax deductibility. Tokens can lose their value.

The pledge concerns creator rewards.

For coins launched through Pledge, the intended pledge is 100% of net creator rewards received after the launchpad’s applicable charges. It is not a percentage of every trade across every possible market.

Publicly managed donations.

Receiving fees, allocating funds, executing a donation and receiving charity acknowledgement are separate steps. A public transaction history creates accountability; it does not itself guarantee future action.

Charities are independent.

Directory listings do not imply partnership, endorsement or confirmed Arc network support. Only verified payment routes can be used. Official direct-giving links are available on charity pages.

Drafts stay in your browser.

A draft does not create a coin or transfer money. It is saved on this device and can be exported as JSON. Do not put private keys, seed phrases or other sensitive data in any field.

What is ready today.

Official charity giving links, selected GoFundMe campaigns, the charity directory, schedule preview and coin preparation flow are available. The production launch, main coin and charity settlement routes require deployment and verified configuration. The site shows their actual readiness before any financial action.
